The Sudan Coffee Shop has been established on the Italian market since 1959, with its top-quality coffees selected with care and passion to give the consumer an excellent blend. Over time, our passion for our work has allowed us to refine our ability to select and roast our coffees from the best coffee areas in the world with maniacal care. Over 50 years of experience make our blends even more unique, for an unmistakeable Made in Italy expresso. The extreme care with which we select, roast and create our blends guarantees a superior coffee, with a sweet and balanced flavour, rich-bodied and with a low caffeine content for our clients. Arabica coffee from the very best plantations is particularly known for its low caffeine content and forms the basis of our blend.

To make our blends, we import only selected coffee from:

BRASIL

Santos pulped cherry

We exclusively import ‘Santos pulped cherry’ from this large country, a selected Arabica variant that undergoes a processing and selection process ensuring only coffee beans with almost identical colours and sizes.

The result back at the coffee roasting company is a sweet, full-bodied coffee that roasts perfectly and provides the basis of our blends.

GUATEMALA

Highland coffee

High-quality wet processed Arabica coffee grown in the highlands (1,300m) with an intense and chocolatey taste, slightly sour fruity fragrance and full-bodied, fragranced aftertaste.

COLOMBIA

Sweet and chocolatey coffee

Wet processed Arabica coffee with a sweet and chocolatey taste, full-bodied aftertaste and slight scent of nuts and biscuits.

HONDURAS

Arabica coffee

Excellent wet processed Arabica coffee from Central America, with a strong aroma, good bitterness and intense aromatic aftertaste.

INDIA (ROBUSTA PARCHMENT)

Sweet and full-bodied coffee

High-quality robust wet processed coffee, full-bodied and sweet with an intense soft and neutral aftertaste, crucial for making an excellent creamy bar blend.

JAVA PLANTATION

Robust Indonesian coffee

Robust wet processed Indonesian coffee with a sweet and chocolatey taste and slight liquorice aftertaste. Ideal for a creamy and well-bodied blend.
